When your colleagues are buying new car's like Ranger Rover or AMG Mercedes Benz and you're driving an old second hand Toyota Corolla you bought on auction? When your colleagues or friends are renting in silverest and twinpalm and your still renting that bedroom in Kabwata site and service? Do you really feel left out? If you have your priorities straight you must never feel left out. Some people are using IPhones but they struggle to pay for them. Some people pop expensive champagne at the bar only to find that it's their inheritance money that they are blowing. Some people rent expensive apartments yet are behind on their rent. Infact most people who rent expensive apartments people who classify themselves as classy don't afford those apartments. Some people are living in surbubs but borrow money every month to cover the rate. Some people go on vacation simply because they have avoided specific debit orders. Some people are wearing Jeans worth K4000 Brazilain hair worth K9000 while their children are behind in their school fees and don't even have enough school books. My point is these days people don't prioritise. Statistics say 95% of the population have no money to save after payday. That alone tells you that the majority of the population is in debt. These day's most people drink to distress not because they celebrating anything. Some even do shopping to distress. The money they are earning is not enough. So you as a wise mom or dad with an investor's mentality you sitting and watching these people thinking that you're missing out only to find out that you're not missing out on anything. People have dag their graves. Don't let anyone speed up your process. Don't let people put pressure on you. Buy your groceries at the community stores be proud wear that Mr Price suit with pride. Drive that Toyota Corolla till the door has rusted. Invest your money. Priorities invest in your children's education and forget about what other people are doing. If you ask me I'd tell you people are in a financial crises. The increasing cost's are straining everyone. They are getting loans almost everyday month.
