Same here , if you know what you are contributing , you wouldn’t ask for masese ! . asking for too little raises the following questions : does he or she understand what is involved in this role ? why is he or she cheap ? has he/she stolen ? why is he cheap but noone has hired him /her ? lets just hire this person who said they want K30,000 net , we dont want to find out why he or she is cheap ! Be brave to ask for what you deserve . if you dont say what you want people wont know what you want and will give you what you ask for . then after working for 3 months you will start looking again ! what a life ! value is determined by the price . stop thinking like someone who doesn't deserve it ! be like the slay queen who only deals with guys with fancy cars despite her only having tissues in her purse. emulate her !
